1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 777dd website accessible at 777dd.io, including all sub-pages, game interfaces, betting interfaces, account portals, and mobile-optimised versions thereof.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform and is thereby authorised to access the gaming and betting services offered by 777dd.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on the Platform, used to access gaming services, manage funds, and claim promotions.
• "Real Money Balance" means the deposited and verified funds held in a Player's account, available for wagering and withdrawal.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register an account and use the 777dd platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be excluded from online gaming activity by any self-exclusion programme, whether administered by 777dd or any other gaming platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 777dd platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances, including winnings derived from any wagers placed while holding multiple accounts.

3 Account Management

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials, including username and password. 777dd strongly recommends that Players:

• Select a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available in account security settings.
• Never share account credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or agents.
• Log out fully from the Platform after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access or security breach to 777dd support immediately at [email protected].

777dd will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 777dd and requesting account credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team without delay.

Players may request the closure of their 777dd account at any time by contacting the support team. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable identity verification procedures.

4 Deposits & Payments

777dd accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods:

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are strictly prohibited and may be reversed. 777dd does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed above.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must have been fully verified, including identity verification and payment method confirmation, prior to the first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. 777dd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or alternative payment methods.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are ordinarily processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 20:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted after this time will typically be processed on the following business day.
• 777dd reserves the right to request additional documentation — including proof of identity, proof of address, and payment method verification — before approving any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure.
• Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only winnings that have cleared all wagering conditions will be transferred to the Real Money Balance available for withdrawal.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

777dd offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are governed by these general terms and any specific terms published alongside the individual offer. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are available to Players who have a fully verified account and have complied with all applicable eligibility requirements for the specific offer.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements, which must be satisfied in full before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• 777dd reserves the right to void any bonus and any associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse is detected, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using promotional funds in a manner designed to exploit wagering requirements, or coordinating wagers with other Players to achieve guaranteed outcomes.
• Promotions timed around specific sporting events (e.g., BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup) or cultural calendar events (e.g., Eid, Pohela Boishakh) are time-limited and will expire as stated in the offer terms.
• Free bets and free spins awarded as part of a promotion are non-transferable and non-refundable. Any unused free bets or free spins will expire upon the date specified in the offer terms.
• 777dd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, where such action is necessitated by technical, regulatory, or operational reasons.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the 777dd platform is governed by these Terms and the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before participating.

With respect to sports betting — in particular cricket betting covering BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — the following rules apply:

• Bets are accepted on the terms displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled except where the specific market rules expressly permit in-play cash-out.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the official settlement rules published for the specific market. In most cases, abandoned matches result in bets being voided and stakes returned.
• 777dd reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error or human error in the pricing of a market. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.

8 Prohibited Conduct

9 Intellectual Property

Ownership of such content vests in 777dd or the relevant Game Provider, as applicable.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in strict accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. Players may not:

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777dd expressly excludes liability for:

• Any financial loss incurred as a result of wagering activity on the Platform, including losses arising from technical malfunctions, internet connectivity failures, or device incompatibilities.
• Interruptions in Platform availability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, server downtime, third-party service outages, or events beyond 777dd's reasonable control (force majeure events).
• Any loss or corruption of account data caused by circumstances outside 777dd's direct control.
• The actions or omissions of third-party Game Providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers whose services are used in connection with the Platform.

777dd's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any single incident or series of connected incidents shall in no event exceed the total value of that Player's Real Money Balance at the time the relevant incident occurred.
